Speakers selected through the Call for Presentations (CFP) process are typically non-sponsored. GHCI operates on limited budgets, so travel and accommodation for outstation speakers are generally not covered, but special cases may be considered once confirmed.
Your registration pass grants access to all 3 days of the conference, sessions, workshops, and certain networking events during the event days. Lunch during the event is usually included. Some exclusive or invite-only sessions may require separate access.
Badges can be collected at the registration counter on the event day by presenting your registration confirmation and a valid photo ID. Early badge pickup might be available on a designated day before the main event starts.
Accommodation is not included with the registration pass. Delegates are responsible for arranging their own stay. GHCI may provide details or negotiated rates for nearby hotels on the event website, but booking is done independently by attendees.
GHCI generally does not provide pick-up or drop-off services. Attendees are advised to plan their commute using public transport, rideshare, or personal arrangements. Details about local transport options and parking can typically be found on the event website. Ample parking is available at the event venue.
Only lunch will be provided to on-site attendees during the conference days as part of the registration package. In addition, special food trucks will be available at the venue where attendees can purchase other food items at their own expense; these are not included in the registration package.
GHCI venues are fully wheelchair accessible. There is a dedicated registration counter for attendees requiring assistance. Requests for additional accessibility services can be made in advance through the event organizers.
